Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure we can continue providing the highest level of service and accommodate all bookings, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies: More than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations are eligible for a full refund, with no cancellation fee. Bookings may also be rescheduled free of charge, subject to availability. Within 24 hours of the booking: The booking remains eligible for a refund; however, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total booking value. Rescheduling within this period will also incur a 10% fee. Within 1 hour of the booking: The booking remains eligible for a refund; however, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total booking value. The same fee applies to requests to reschedule within this period. No-show: Guests who do not arrive within 30 minutes of their scheduled booking time will be considered a no-show. No refund will be provided for no-shows, and the full booking value will be forfeited. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the total booking value and are deducted before the remaining balance is refunded. Please note: Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time to avoid a fee. Requests made less than 24 hours before the booking will be treated as a cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. We appreciate your consideration and understanding, as late cancellations, rescheduling requests and no-shows can prevent us from offering the booking to another guest.
